My favorite Italian restaurant in East Tennessee!! I’ve had both the ravioli and the chicken parm. Both are AMAZING!!! My go to is the ravioli because the cheese filling is PERFECT!! I recommend getting it with the marinara and Alfredo mix with chicken. I refer all my clients to come here if they want great Italian food. One of my clients said her Italian mother in law born and raised in Italy said it was just like home. Everything from the way it looked to the taste of food, so you know that’s gotta mean something. I’ve got an advance palette and I can taste quality and this place makes quality Italian food!! This little Italian restaurant is a real gem in a tiny city. Our party of 5 enjoyed every dish that we were served. I had the gnocchi with vodka sauce, it was cooked to perfection and the sauce had to be the best vodka sauce I’ve ever had. My husband had the rigatoni and he thought it was excellent. We ordered 2 Caesar salads that were large enough to serve our entire party. All of the portions were very generous. Our server was very friendly and answered any questions that we had. The only reason I didn’t give this restaurant 5 stars because of the lack of bread. We weren’t served any at our table or with our meals. That’s usually a given in most Italian restaurants. Overall I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Little Town Italian has been on my radar for about a year ever since reading glowing reviews on the Knoxville Foodies Facebook group. It is well-worth the drive if you are looking for authentic Italian food with homemade pasta and sauces! My husband’s favorite dish is lasagna which the restaurant only serves occasionally on special. I messaged the restaurant a few days prior to our visit and made a special request and they said they would have it on the night we made reservations! Talk about 5-star customer service! The restaurant’s atmosphere is perfect and our servers were very attentive throughout the night. We ordered lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, focaccia bread, and flourless chocolate cake. First time eating here. I will be back and I will be sharing our experience with others. Spaghetti and meatballs 100/10! Best I’ve ever eaten! Everything is made from scratch. Even the pasta! Amazing! You won’t be disappointed! The only thing I wish is that I had tried it sooner. If you’re looking for a place to eat rather than chain restaurants, come here. Worth the drive. Rogersville, this is an exceptional addition to your quaint little town!

Incredible food, service, and atmosphere. A quaint little place that was very relaxing. I loved their moscato and Alfredo. We also ordered the bruschetta which was incredible. You can tell everything is homemade. Our waitress was amazing, boxed our food for us, and ensured we were well taken care of.
