Excellent service and pricing, had exactly what I was looking for when nobody did in morristown or kingsport. Great customer service, and the console i bought came with a 30 day warranty in case something stops working. They were happy to plug it in and show me that it worked before I paid, too. I'm happy! Ps, i was pleasantly surprised to find that they also have card games and D&D merch!

The owners of the store are extremely kind and welcoming, and are very willing to show you new information about different products. As a new resident of the town, it was nice to be able to feel comfortable while in a new place. The selection is very wide across different systems and genres, and the prices are very fair. I have been back and will continue to go back to mark off those games that I never could get when I was a kid. Definitely check the store out!

Melissa,the owner is very friendly and helpful. She tries her best to give fair prices. A lot of times more than what you’d get at Game Stop. Several times she’s went above and beyond to help my mentally disabled brother find games he likes and can afford. And very understanding the way he is.
