Little Sugar Bistro

It’s food. If you hadn’t eaten in weeks and stumbled upon this place, yes, it would save you. Otherwise, I wouldn’t waste my money on this crap. Asked if biscuits were made in house, was told they were baked here. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. These are frozen biscuits, the fried potatoes were frozen, the cheddar cheese is coated in cellulose and gritty, my wife’s bacon, sausage, and croissant were all bought in frozen crap. Honestly, the ketchup was the only thing on the table that tasted “good”. This isn’t a restaurant, this is a waste of space and POA fees. Do better Bella Vista.

I really wanted to like this place and was hoping it would make it. The menu is extremely limited and I settled for the basic cheese burger since there was absolutely nothing else on the menu that I wanted. It was a very basic non seasoned hamburger on a bun with tasteless cheddar (I think) cheese. Very disappointing and I had cramps and stomach issues an hour later. My wife had some type of chicken salad which she said was just “ok” and “edible”. Limited bar but the stout beer was good. Our server was prompt and friendly so the service was good. Sorry to say but I really don’t see this place lasting long. There’s just nothing to bring people back with the terrible limited menu. There is nothing special about the food

I was really excited when this place opened as BV has been in bad need of a simple breakfast place since Papa Miles closed. Little sugar is overthinking everything. We just want a simple place to eat breakfast. 1. It’s BV open at 6 or even 7. Opening at 9 is dumb. People here get up early in the morning opening at 9 is ridiculous 2. They have sugar covered bacon. That’s fine but at least offer regular bacon. I’ve asked they don’t have it. It’s not hard. Just have regular bacon 3. They are trying to be cute with fancy shaped plates and bowls. Food falls off the skinny plates. Just have a regular plate nobody cares we just want regular breakfast 4. Turn the dang music down. Came here to try this new Bistro, sadly it’s not a place we would return to, the Burgers we ordered were mediocre, no toasted buns , small slice of tomato and onion, the lettuce totally wilted and so small, but the worst part was the meat it was sooo greasy it made our buns soggy. The coleslaw was the worst we’ve had not crunchy with tons of mayonnaise! The menu is very limited, don’t waist your time and money for a lousy burger @ these high prices !!! horrible service. staff stands around gabbing. no sense of urgency or even care to accommodate work or provide any customer service. food is void of character institution previously frozen food over priced. It is hard to fail making breakfast but they were able to meet that expectation. 0 / 10 will bever return
