Little Mac's Smokehouse

Definitely a must-have experience!! We were on our way to Austin and found this small but cute place with an outstanding 4.9 score on Google. At first we thought it was not open lol. Brisket is juicy, burrito is super crispy and yummy. Love the sauce!

First time at Little Mac's. I grabbed the two meat combo with brisket, potato salad, mac & cheese with a sweet tea. Everything was good but the brisket was outstanding. Moist, excellent smoke flavor and cooked to perfection. Absolutely the best brisket that I have had so far in Texas. If you are in the area definitely give this place a try you won't be disappointed. If not in the area it's worth the drive. I have since made it a weekly stop.

Don’t sleep on Little Mac’s Smokehouse! This is - overall - the best barbecue I’ve had! We were driving from Austin to Houston and wanted some barbecue, and we stumbled on this hidden gem. Pulling up, it’s very unassuming, but when Little Mac pulls the meat you just ordered fresh off the smoker, you know he means business! We had the smoked turkey leg, mac-and-cheese, and the two-meat plate with brisket, ribs, potato salad, and green beans. The meat was so tender, and every bite was full of flavor! The brisket was fork tender and moist - but not fatty - and the ribs were the stuff of dreams! And, real talk, that potato salad was something special, too! I can’t rave about this place enough! This barbecue slept on. Tonight we ordered brisket, chicken ribs, mac & cheese, and beans. I was blown away. I’m looking forward to dinner next time.
