Little Elm Public Works Department

They torn up the sidewalk in front of my house no warning. Then they left it a mess. I come home from work to find they dumped dirt all over the grass it’s a mess. They need to replace my grass where they dumped dirt. I had called and they said they would look after it —this is what they did. Unbelievable

Experienced an issue with 2 employees removing my protein powder shaker cup and grandsons lunch off the top of a picnic table and throwing it in the trash recently at a park with 2 bicycles right next to it. While I understand they were just trying to do their jobs and I do appreciate a clean park, we were close by and not finished with our lunch. I've never had anyone ever remove my personal items from a picnic table mid meal and the park wasn't busy so I figured it was safe. I will say that Phil has been amazing at trying to make this right and has gone above and beyond to replace the items. Everyone I reached out to at Public Works has been exceptional in their communication to me and I appreciate it very much.

The short hours, and lack of responsive staff are frustrsting, and the overall bureaucratic b s required to set up an account is ridiculous.

The communication was super fast and Jennifer is so nice and so helpful.

This dept is amazing and friendly and are a great part of why LE is as good as it is.
