Baskin-Robbins

I had a very disturbing experience at this Baskin-Robbins location with an employee named Jennifer. I came in for the $6 Wednesday banana split special and was told they didn’t have bananas, which was fine. I asked if I could customize it with the ice cream flavors I wanted and she said yes. While I briefly stepped away to grab my 1-year-old who had wandered toward the counter, she added strawberry syrup to my order even though I had already told her I only wanted whipped cream and a cherry. When I politely told her I didn’t want strawberries on my Twix ice cream, she responded by saying, “Well you’re getting strawberries today,” and blamed the mistake on my child distracting her. I told her I understood mistakes happen, but I simply didn’t want the strawberries. Instead of correcting it

Came in after picking up our son from school around 2:15 pm. We were the only people in the place. The employee asked for a couple minutes which was no problem. Our son wanted a cone with the sprinkles on it since it was on display. They didn’t have it. So he got a regular sugar cone. I ordered a double scoop in a waffle cone, again since it was displayed and they were out. The employee said that she hadn’t made them yet, she offered a chocolate covered one but I went with a cup. If you are out of something no problem but remove the item you are out of so it is no longer being offered. We checked and she charged us for the 2 sugar cones that we got. Even though the menu board says that the sugar cones are free with scoop purchase. I brought it up to the employee and she said those are old.

Today I was told that I could only choose one flavor for a container, which was surprising because Baskin-Robbins usually allows multiple flavors in pints or quarts. It felt inconsistent and a bit dismissive. I hope the store can clarify its policy and provide better customer service.

Environment: 7/10, very clean and nice, good chill music Product: 8/10, delicious flavors, many of them as well (cookie monster!!) Overall, 7.5/10, WILL come here again.

Just such an amazing trip down memory lane enjoying special trips to BR as a kid 40 years ago and a great time making memories with my family now. Always awesome ice cream and service, Liam was exceptionally polite, making it easy to establish tradition so that my kids pass the awesomeness of Baskin Robbins down to their kids.
