Taylor who usually opens is always so smiley when I come in and now recognizes my order since I work next door. He always happy and so sweet and it’s nice to see even on days I feel off!

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza online last week, wasn’t stuffed (cheese). Tried again tonight called over the phone to make sure stuffed cheese crusted was actually a thing they did, confirmed with the employee when we got there that we ordered a stuffed crust pizza tonight. Why is this place still in business, Always with 2 employees, It says your order is ready online, Ya get there and wait at least 30 minutes every time, Poor management, Good employees but management is crap

This location has severe problems with the team members. To begin with, I ordered online tonight at around 545 pm. At 645 pm I had not received a notification that my $50 order was ready. So, I got in my car and went to the store. When I stepped in the door, I noticed there were 4 customers in the lobby. 1 more walked in after me. There were 3 employees in the kitchen area. 2 males and one female (that I can see). The female seemed to be the one in charge of the other two. I did not announce my presence as there was no one at the front counter. Then, it began. An argument ensued over MY order. I know this because the male who was slicing the pizzas noticed a whole pizza for "me" was missing. I keep giving this location a try because it's the only one between work and home, close to home. But their service is so slow I just might do better going back into town. Even ordering 40 minutes in advance, my order is still not ready. If the service was better, it might help. But the guys that work here just don't care and it shows.
