Little Caesars Pizza

So, after many intermediate interactions at this little Caesars, we had an amazing one that earned all the stars and then some! Daniel! (In his awesome hat) gave us the most amazing experience! He told us that he had hot and ready, decided they werent good enough to be sent out, and made fresh. He was super friendly and made sure the experience was awesome. WE APPRECIATE YOU DANIEL! keep making little Caesars in Troy Il awesome !

Domino’s failed our team on a scheduled and confirmed online order, but Little Caesars saved the day! Awesome staff who came through big time and fed our entire team. Truly appreciate you saving our party! ⭐️🍕

Normally I would have given this location a 4 star because they normally do good and the staff has always been friendly. Today when I went I was greeted with "what do you want". I've always been a person who feels that if I'm paying for a service, even as simple as a pizza, the workers should at least smile since I'm helping pay their salary with my business. They tried to double charge me for an order I placed online and already paid for. I had to tell them the items on my order they forgot to give me. The claimed to have no bags for my two orders of crazy bread and sauces so I had to balance them on the pizzas. One person came in for one pizza ahead of me. No one behind me. I feel bad for the other pick up order since they had their pizza sitting out on a cold counter. I think from here

Had a thin crust pepperoni, sausage, mushroom pizza today. Picked up at the drive thru. Pizza was great and the staff was polite and professional. I have seen him a few times and always seems to be in a good mood and very polite.

Idk what this is but it isn’t a pizza to me. It’s a shape that isn’t a circle at that and then I can’t even tear a piece without it breaking bc of how thin they made the dough. Idc about the presentation but I at least should have enough dough to eat the pizza normally not break every piece.
