Little Caesars Pizza

After a long day, all I wanted was good pizza. I ordered pizza online, picked it up from the drive thru window, went home. When I got home, I opened the pizza box and assumed I got the wrong order. But no, they must think this is an ultimate supreme pizza. Disappointed is an understatement. I just wanted my favorite supreme pizza.

Cesar the manager was very rude in resolving my issue. I found a large piece of plastic in my bread sticks. And was super unprofessional. To the degree other customers agreed. One customer who is a nurse. Stated how dangerous it would have been. Had I invested this hard jagged piece of plastic or bone! Which neither should have been in a bread stick! Do not go to this location.

Absolutely horrible service walk in because the drive-in was full of people who pizzas weren't ready I don't hold them against that but the fact that I walk in and nobody greets me nobody says anything there's multiple people that are in the building but nobody decides to help me I'll make some noise with my keys cuz I know they can get busy the kid continuously just pulls pizza out of the oven Cuts them boxes some but doesn't acknowledge that I'm there I finally have to say something they don't even look at me and say 1 minute then finally walks up after taking other pizzas out of the oven and says how can I help you tell that I'm here to pick up an order gives it to me says nothing just horrible service I get that it's Little Caesars and they're extremely busy but half the effort for cus

I stop by this Little Caesars once a week after picking up my granddaughter, and the service is consistently poor. The drive-thru is never staffed, and I always end up waiting at the window with no response. When I go inside, nothing is ready — not even the pepperoni special during after-school hours. Last visit, someone was inside with a dog smoking a hookah. That was it for me. This location needs serious management attention.

I placed an in store pick up order on my way home from work Friday 5/23/2025. I placed an order for one pretzel crust pepperoni with cheese sauce and one pretzel crust cheese with cheese sauce. As well as stuffed crazy bread and drinks. I get home in the rush and get ready to plate for my family and it is not pretzel crust. I called was told okay come back in and bring your pizza. I arrive now with my family in car. The associate opened the boxes and goes yeah you are right. Do you want me to just add the salt and butter. I said no please can you please give me pretzel crust pizzas I ordered. Okay well its Friday night and it will be a while. Just got my re-order. And it looks as if he did what he suggested at first and only added butter and salt because the crust does not look like
