Pizza was over 40 mins late after ordering on the app I asked for Parmesan cheese on the crust and they said they would have to charge me after it being unacceptable and late. Horrible service didn’t even apologize.
Most of the time the food is good and fresh but on 9/10 at 4:15 pm I got the worse pizza I have ever picked up at this location. Unfortunately I live 30 minutes away and didn't want to return. The pizza had to have been sitting in the warmer for a LONG time. Everyone makes a mistake but the pizza wasn't fit to eat. Thankfully my family had fresh crazy bread - which they prefer.
The pizza was over 30 mins past the time it was supposed to be done I asked to butter and cheese on the crust and was told they would have to charge me extra. You would think after being 30 mins late they could throw some parm cheese on the pizza….

They were busy as hell and I want to give them credit. People were bitching because of the wait but those guys were doing their best to get orders out. I wouldn't want to do their job
