Lighthouse Lane Bed & Breakfast

This is a beautiful, immaculately clean large old-fashioned farmhouse with every amenity, and beautiful antiques everywhere. The gardens are gorgeous. Breakfast was exceptional, with eggs, meat, casseroles, fruit, the works. The owner is friendly and very accommodating. One of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed at.

Innkeeper/owner was very friendly and kind. The guest rooms are up a steep flight of carpeted stairs. Everything was very clean. The king bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bit hard for me but fine for my husband. We had a 1/2 bath in the room and access to another private bath with shower just outside the room. There is also a sitting room between the two rooms. She does not book both rooms unless it is to a family. Breakfast was plentiful!!! Scrambled eggs, smoked pork chops, hash browns, biscuits, muffins, homemade tart cherry jam, fresh fruit, orange juice. She does have 2 full-sized poodles that greet you with barks upon arrival. They are very friendly and like to be petted. They are not allowed upstairs. We enjoyed the tour she gave us of her lovely gardens and a huge water feat

Charolette is the most gracious host! Her home is immaculate and welcoming, her beds are super comfortable, and her breakfasts are amazing! My husband is on a limited diet, and Charolette went out of her way to make delicious breakfasts he could eat. She even made him special cookies for our snacking! We highly recommend staying in her B&B when you’re in the Quincy area—We’ll definitely stay again when we’re back in the area!

We had a wonderful New Years Eve stay. Charolette is the supreme innkeeper. Accommodations were very nice and the breakfast cannot be beat. Many happy memories of the many Christmas decorations.
