Little Caesars Pizza

This place was veey busy on our visit. Usually, I take that into consideration, but we received a text AND an email telling us that our pizza was ready and in the "locker" thingy to be picked up. However, when we got there, my husband stood inside for a good 15 minutes waiting for the pizza. So, the employees just hit buttons to say the pizza is done in their time frame for the computers and they are still behind because that pizza should have been in that locker space when we got there, not just being put into the oven...I mean, I appreciate the hot pizza, but stop finger banging the computer to keep yourselves out of trouble with getting behind. Take the hit and get your act together....If I get a text and an email saying its done, I want to walk in, punch in my code and get my pizza. It

I ordered at 9 pm. After a long 10 hour shift, I ordered in advance and set to pick up at 9:45 pm. I arrive there, pizza wasn’t made. He said one word to me. He was on his phone the WHOLE time, not one smile, not one hello, zero. So not only was my food not ready, it took an extra 30 mins. I was annoyed. On top of that just rude customer service. Please remind your people this is a customer service job, maybe say hi? When I finally got my food, he placed it on the counter and walked away. Not a bye or nothing? Super rude! Food wasn’t worth it. The wait wasn’t worth it. Nothing.

Very hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, other times it's garbage. I'd give it 3 stars for that reason, but they lose one due to them constantly taking forever. I assume they just give out pizzas as hot n ready then make the pre-paid customers wait. Really shows what they think of you after they get your money.

Having pizzas already done and ready to be purchased is Little Caesars entire deal. When was the last time anybody has ever walked into a Little Caesars and had pizzas hot and ready? Never. Why even waste your time going here?

Waited 48 mins just for my order to be wrong the first time, sent back and then wrong again a second time. Nobody is waiting 2 hours for you to fix ONE singular pizza. This place is a joke and has gone downhill since new management
