Called in an order and was told it will be ready in 15 minutes. So I went to pick up 20 minutes later and waited 10 more minutes to be told my pizza still wasn't made. He finally got the pizza to me until 20 more minutes. So to order and pick up one pizza took me 50 minutes. I was patient and did habe empathy for the one worker taking orders, building the pizzas and boxing them. Overall, good pizza but they need to hire more help especially on NFL Sundays. Otherwise, I always enjoy ordering my kids pizza from here. Their favorite.
Waited 15 minutes and got a burnt pizza. Ate 2 slices and just gave up. Never getting pizza from there again. So upset that little Cesar’s is going down hill.
Why can't anyone acknowledge a customer. Don't just look at us. Smile and say we will be with you in a moment....
Very rude !! Her husband and her are pocketing children’s money. She don’t give my daughter her change back til I threatened to call the cops!! I will continue to come and continue to report their performance til I see changes in the staffs!! HOW DID U MANAGE TO HIRE A THEIF? AS A MANAGER THIS NEEDS THE CORPORATES ATTENTION!! POCKETING MONEY FROM YOUR COMPANY AND LACKING BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULDNT BE TOLERATED!!
What happened to good customer service.? Not everyone is terrible, but one bad apple ruins the whole bunch. 🫤 Either they are way understaffed or someone hates their job… my pizza was done in 10 minutes though and fresh. Thank you for that.
