Little Caesars Pizza

This place should be shut down absolutely ridiculous!! We waited almost an hour for our food that we ordered and payed for online. Staff walks around in the back doing nothing but on their phones and walking to the front maybe every 20 minutes and they may acknowledge you but they might not either lazy as hell

Hot and ready is generally only available during core busy hours for lunch and or dinner. I just order on the app before I go and it’s ready when I get there. Super easy. Food is great for the price. I recommend it!

The staff is always professional and helpful. We just left the drive thru after placing an order for in-store pick-up, but ending up in a hurry to get to an appointment. The employee was helpful (wish we had gotten her name) and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Rather than being directed to park, the vehicle in front of me remained at the window until their order was completed. The cashier appeared visibly frustrated, looking out the window as another car approached. The employee who took my order seemed disengaged. He was wearing headphones and a hoodie, and he spoke so softly that I had difficulty hearing him and had to ask him to repeat himself. After providing the total and accepting my payment via Apple Pay, he closed the window without offering any further instructions. I am writing this review in real time, as I have now been sitting in the drive-thru for six minutes without any indication of how long the wait would be. This is hands down the best Little Caesars I’ve ever been to! The pizza is always fresh, hot, and perfectly made every time. The staff is super friendly, the service is fast, and they always get my order right. I’ve been to other locations, but this one never misses. they really do it right here! 🍕🔥
