Little Caesars Pizza

Couple weeks ago we ordered and we didnt get the topoing we ordered and paid for so i called and a lady named Tay said she was giving us a credit for the pizza. I called tonight to place order and use the credit and the guy answered and said he is the manager and Tay doesnt work there anymore and he is not honoring any credits gave by Tay. He didnt ask for my name just automatically said hes not giving any credits that she did. How does a company do this? It was not our fault our order was messed up. We were due a replacement.

I got again 2 orders of breadsticks well done. At around say noon or 12 15.. lady working front knows . Best damn sticks period. Best damn LC period.

In a world of terrible and/or dwindling customer service this Little Ceasers location shines. I just had a wonderful experience because of the store Mgr. Gary. There was a mix up in my order and I was given someone else's order and he resolved the issue with no hassle. I could have looked at the label too so I take responsibility as well. I will always be a customer to this Milford location off of old 28 because of it.

To the girl running the store 11/16, I know you’re busy, but to ignore 3 customers at the counter for more than 5 minutes will cost your store sales every time! Take a lesson in customer service! Had to walk out!

Terrible. Place order. 32 minutes after placing order i inquire about food. They never made it. Said they forgot. Wait an additional 15 minutes for food. They dont know what drinks I ordered and forgot the sauces I paid for. When I asked for refund they said no because I didn't pay cash in store. When asked how they can fix or remedy they simply didn't know. Supervisor Ronald Nelson is of 0 assistance. Garbage location ran by garbage people.
