Little Caesars Pizza

Initially, I was disappointed after placing my order and the driver had others orders to deliver prior to mine. But then, my order arrived about 5 minutes after the delivery time indicated. The driver was great, had no issues locating my unit and after 4 previous deliveries, our pizzas were still hot. Also, every pizza truly looked great. I am very impressed and satisfied with my first order from this new location. As a satisfied customer, I don't mind the extra wait time when steps are taken to provide great service. Thank you for being a bright spot in a very difficult day.

Disappointed. First couple of time I was here, everything was on point. This time the pizza was flavorless and tasted stale. Hardly any sauce and the toppings seemed very sparse. I've been here multiple times and it is hit or miss but this was an absolute ball drop. My spidey sense picked up on something from the manager who was sitting staring at his computer. I'm assuming the previous cashiers were a problem and he needs to babysit but wow, it's pizza. Show a little pride and enthusiasm. Although, if you are purposely giving out stale, flavorless pizzas and skimping on the toppings, i guess I would be that ornery too.

My pizza was terrible it’s like they just dump everything on it and cook for few mins and them stick it in the box. It wasn’t even that edible. Wish there was a zero start button

Ordered online an hour ago while waiting to be served in the restaurant. There are 3 people ahead of me and nobody has been served while the workers sit in back talking and talking but do nothing. My order still hasn't even started acording to the online order tracking app. I have watched 6 customers come and literally abandon the orders they made out of pure frustration. This is absolutely shocking and absurd. There is no reason for this... Apparently, it is a promotion day so I'll give some credit but still, they need more than 2 workers, especially for a promotion day!

corporate says they cant give any waste food to hungry/homeless even if its bound for trash. odd the other little ceasers have no problem giving away old stale pizza.
