Little Caesars Pizza

They messed up on my order. They told me to bring it back in, and they will correct. It'. But I live six or seven miles away.So I asked for a credit, they told me, no. I have been doing business with these people.For over a year. But I am now through with them.

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST LITTLE CAESARS EVER. I repeated my order FOUR times to the mumbler that answered the phone, to which he got WRONG. I also said my name FOUR times, and that was gotten wrong too. He probably couldn’t hear me on the phone bc the other girl working had some many piercings in her face it must have interrupted the service. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Someone here LOVES their job. Every time I get an extra most bestest cheese, it’s always ooey gooey goodness. I go out of my way to order from this one specifically. Y’all deserve a raise!

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. On 8/31/25, I placed an order for a single pizza around 1:00 p.m. and, unfortunately, had to wait nearly an hour and a half before receiving it. During that time, I observed multiple customers—at least 11—arrive, place their orders, and receive their food within a much shorter timeframe, while my order was significantly delayed. Given that I was only waiting for one pizza, this was both frustrating and unacceptable. Upon finally receiving my order, I requested a refund due to the excessive delay. However, I believe additional consideration is warranted. A complimentary pizza would be a reasonable gesture of goodwill and customer care, considering the circumstances. Got there before closing tonight and they refused to cook what we wanted. They would only give us what was already made. Calling the manager tomorrow! 3/18/22 Got the extra most bestest pepperoni stuffed crust. Was told it would be about 15 to 20 mins. No problem. 10 mins later they called me over to pick up my order. Got home and my pizza looks over cooked. Brown. And hard to chew. Including the stuffed crust part.
