Some gratitude and humor would serve them well as a business, but they too serious to allow themselves to flourish.
I am giving 4 stars because, I had an issue with waiting 15 mins for fresh, then the pizza not being fresh after the wait. That's not the reason for my review. I am reviewing because the manager on duty named Shy was outstanding! She went above & beyond & was happy to make it right. Her customer service was excellent & she even walked the pizzas out to me with extra napkins. Hard to find young workers like her with such a great disposition. Keep up the good work shy!
Always friendly, order is always ready when we pick up.
