Cliff House

My wife and I had a wonderful week long stay in the Ocean Suite. We enjoyed everything about the space. In the day time we love being able to see the ocean, in the evenings we enjoyed sitting on our little balcony, listening to the waves crash. The room itself was comfortable and clean. We especially loved the rain shower in bathroom. Susan was great host. Responsive, helpful, and kind. We would definitely come to stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful time on the Big Island, thanks to the gracious hospitality of our host Susan and the beautiful, roomy Paradise Suite. Our host was exceptionally helpful with advice on what to do and where to go. The suite was very charming and had many modern touches, and it seemed like it was either recently built or remodeled. The Paradise Suite has blackout shades and is perfect for privacy in the evening if you want it. The kitchen had everything we needed (large fridge, stove, dishwasher, pots/pans, etc.) and was perfect for preparing breakfasts to eat on the lanai (great view!).

We absolutely LOVED our 5 days at the Cliff House! It was perfect for us, Clean, Gorgeous location with the sound of waves as you sleep. Nenes and coy fish to watch as you drink your coffee in the morning. Susan is a GREAT host and very easy to work with. I wish we could have stayed longer but highly recommend the Cliff House and we will be going back.

We stayed at Cliff House two nights in late January. What a stunning location, Susan is a very gracious host, the studio apartment is lovely, the deck overlooking the yard and ocean is outstanding. Easy access from here to Volcanoes National Park, Hilo and the coast north, but out of the hustle and bustle. A great place to relax.

We stayed here for a lengthy time and it was fantastic. Susan is so friendly and professional. Brand new and super clean house. Incredible location for anything you want to explore on the whole East Side of the Big Island. And being able to walk out the front door to the little cliffs overlooking the ocean in 45 seconds and see turtles almost everyday was icing on the cake.
