Little Caesars Pizza

First off, usually when I order here they are great. Today I ordered a pizza got home sat down to eat it and there was fingernails in it. Called the store and the guy was understanding and gave us a refund. But there should be no reason for someone's nails to be in there.

I wish they would put some care into the pizza. 1 pizza was not cut, and my stuffed crazy bread pizza was just a stuffed crust with no seasoning.

This place now has to resort to stealing to make it's quota, I guess! I was charged $5.25 for a "Make it stuffed crust" which is only $3, when I complained about it, I was harassed to believe it was a charge for it plus additional toppings, when I didn't get ANY extra toppings, even the manager was trying to get me to accept the $2.25 additional cost, when I made him either reimburse me for it or cancel and refund my money, he changed his mind, just before I was about to call the law. This place has no real management, it's run Willy Nilly and people just put up with it! Food is NEVER ready, NEVER on time, sometimes burnt, or undercooked. During the busiest times it's even worse and they'll only have 1 incompetent person waiting on customers! 😡🧟🛸👽

The pizza is cheap and fast, but cheap and fast does not mean good. Years ago, when they first opened then pizza was good. But over the years, they lost the good flavor.

How can you go to a Little Caesars at lunch and them not have any pizzas hot and ready? I'd like to say it's a one time thing, but usually there is maybe a cheese pizza ready and if you ask for anything else it's a 15+ minute wait. Unfortunately, people don't have that amount of time to wait on a cheap pizza for lunch at work.
