Little Caesars Pizza

This pizza looks like it was cooked for about 10 minutes, cheese is white, crust is not brown, it looks horrible, tastes even worse. This is my 3rd time coming here, hoping they would keep pizza in oven for more than 10 minutes. The cheese should least LOOK like was melted, crust should have least, somewhat brown color to show it was in oven. It looks like was taken out of plastic, defrosted, n put in box. I will either have to stop going or no more online ordering & call it in, specifically asking it be cooked till bubbling cheese. This is horrible

So i call and make an order over the phone they say it will be 20-25 mind witch is perfect been driving all day and i was about 20mins from little caesars get there and i ask how much longer for my order i figured id have about a 5 min wait till done at this point but she says its going to be 20-30 mins Probably don't say it will be 20-25 mins for an order when it will actually be 40-1hr unacceptable for someone traveling

Little Caesars has apparently went down in quality this past year or two. I ordered a pepperoni and bacon stix pizza with a large drink, garlic Parmesan wings, and cheese puffs. Set the pick up time for 7:45 and put it under my husband's name so he could get it easily. My first complaint before the food is the fact they practically rushed him out. I was on the phone the whole time and could hear them rushing him. Whatever, it happens. When he got home, we realized WHY he was rushed out. Firstly, my drink wasn't even in the order. Which I was looking forwards to since I barely drink soda. Second, one of the cheese puffs looked like it was a slice of dough with a slice of cheese on top. Always has good pizza. The wait can be long. It also is not the greatest atmosphere. For pizza though it is a good little Cesar’s pizza. Just not very glamours location.

Perfect food experience! Carrie was absolutely a perfect manager and applied customer service skills were top notch. She greeted people walking in, making a comfortable atmosphere and busted her ass making pizzas and cashier duties! I was totally impressed by her abilities to be friendly and professional while c cooking and ringing people out. Von was another great example of a great work team. He was running back to the front doing what he could along side Carrie. Good employees are a direct influence of good leadership. Carrie is good leadership. Great job and I will be back! Thank you Little Ceasers!
