Little Caesars Pizza

Honestly what are they doing at this location? Third time hitting this location and never again, why is the pizza always severely undercooked? It’s disgusting, the box is full of grease. I’ve had to physically go back in the past just for them to fix it. Idk if it’s because they have a bunch of careless teenagers working this location or what but I give up after this. It’s so gross here. Sloppy disgusting job.

I’m very satisfied with my overall experience at Little Caesars in Chatsworth, CA! We’ve been ordering from this store for many years, and the quality and service have always been excellent. Huge shoutout to Arielle V. for consistently making our visits and orders smooth and enjoyable. Our favorites are the Extra Best Most Cheese Pizza and the Crazy Combo. They never disappoint! Keep up the great work!

I never had an issue ordering pizza from Little Caesars until today. I did a mobile order so I can use my T-Mobile Tuesday code. I chose this location because it was on my way home so it was my first time coming here. Finding parking can be difficult because it shares the plaza with Chase Bank and a Trader Joe's. I was able to find a spot near the front, so I was able to walk in and put in my code so I can get my pizza from the Pizza Portal. When I got home and try to take a slice, the pizza was not cut correctly so it was sticking to each other. Then the cheese started to peel off. The crush was very hard so I think they overcooked it. The pizza did not taste the same like the other times I got the classic pizza. I'm not planning on coming to this location again, I'll stick to the stores

They really take a long time and now it makes sense. I called to place an order and i couldn't get through to anyone so i drove and went inside to order. The guy at the front was ok and doing his job accordingly. The lady making pizza was on the phone..THE COMPANY PHONE!! Not taking orders but on the company phone laughing and talking loud. I speak Spanish so I knew the conversation had nothing to do with pizzas. Very frustrating specially when you wait an abnormal amount of time for your food and can't call to make an order because she's holding up the phone.

Never thought I'd get outstanding and excellent service at a pizza place. Jason! Customer service truly matters to me and my goodness this guy greets everyone, great communication skills, Menu knowledge, speed at work, and even sales skills. He sold me on pizza I didn't even request! I'd hire him if I could. 5 star service.
