Little Caesars Pizza

Horrible service! Ordered six pizzas for my son's birthday party and when we went to get them they told me they threw them away! Apparently they have a policy they have to after so much time, but never told us prior to the order, nor did they call before throwing them away!Granted yes we were late, but be better at your information and have better customer service! The lady with the tattoo on her face needs to do better!

They never have any pizzas or bread sticks ready even at their busiest times. And the food quality is poor and it’s getting worse. I ordered breadsticks and cheese and the breadsticks were so small and the cheese was only filled up a quarter of the the cup and biggest breadstick in the order was thinner than my fingers.

I needed some bread sticks to go with our meal at home. Stopped in they didn't have any ready but she said it would only take 3 mins for fresh bread sticks. Bread sticks were done in under 5 mins and tasted great and priced cheap. Staff was nice.

Little Caesars really stepped it's game up but at the end of the day it's still corporate pizza nothing like downtown Chicago or other major cities but it's not bad

Is there such thing as hot and ready anymore? I am always having to wait for ANYTHING…doesn’t matter what it is. Breadsticks are just not flavorful like they used to be. Not enough cheese on them. Most times seems like people in the back are sitting around while customers are waiting for their order to be taken. This used to be a very good location but am slowly losing hope 😩.
