Little Caesars Pizza

I'm literally so disappointed.... I've already talked to support and they were all but no help. Refund for the pizza. I just wanted it remade.....We can't even have customer support in the US literally everyone speaks broken English. Our pizzas weren't cooked all the way, nor cut, the bread sticks were half cooked and not cut. The sauces that are 1.25 were half filled.... The only thing they didn't mess up were the prepackaged sauces and gave me the right drinks. It was a delivery, I'm sick so I didn't want to spread any germs ie delivery or I would have went back inside. This sucks so bad because we used to love it. This hasn't been the first time but the third time. I've never complained before just whatever things happen... How do you forget pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza??? And they

Ordered for lunch today. Had it delivered (Door Dash delivered which we didnt order thru) and the driver had no drinks. We called Little Caesars and we were told to file a complaint with Door Dash that it was not Little Caesers fault. So now we have to wait 16 days for a refund on the drinks. Never ordering from there again.

Can't beat Little Caesars Hot n Ready pizza. As long as you get it while it's hot, I've gotten a few from here that looked like they should've been thrown away hours ago, from sitting in the hot box for hours.. but in general, I will continue to come and get a Hot n Ready, usually 3 to 4 times a month, can't beat it for $8 and some change, I can look past the quirks that this store sometimes gets in.

Yeah, first and last time ordering here. Called to order. Girl was laughing on the phone while taking order. Got my pizza, it wasnt cooked all the way. Wasn't cut at all. Looked like a 16 year old boy was the one handing me the pizza. Don't order here.

The service here is always the biggest downfall. They cancel online orders right after I place them. No concerns over how the products look when they box them. It doesn't usually taste bad but after getting the attitude from the employees, it kinda ruins it all.
