Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered a "Pretzel Pizza" like I have many times before. Got the pizza and it's thinner than paper. No cheese sauce, tasted old, like it was sitting out for a while. It had no sauce, just cheese and pepperoni, when I ordered a Cheese Sauce Pretzel Pizza Store isnt taking the matter seriously and no response from corporate.

What happened? Been coming here since 2017 and the quality has gone down...down...DOWN. Ordered 3 pizzas and an Italian Bread tonight at 630 Thurs night 3/14. Pictured is the "Extra Most Bestest" which there is nothing extra or bestest about it. Maybe 12 pepperoni on it with very little cheese and rubbery pizzas. Our italian cheese bread had a really funny taste to it and it looked like someone dumped a cup of oil on it and it completely soaked through the box and messed up our table cloth and clothing--insanely greasy. My son loves Little Caesars but the quality here is no longer cutting the mustard. We aren't expecting a Michelin star pizza but come on, guys. Pizza was cold & old Hot & Ready was not hot but it was ready fast like it was yesterday’s pizza bread sticks were also cold and old Worst I ever had at any location

Pizza was okay. Took employee about 9 min to get to the window so I can pay,and then about another 10 min wait for the pizza.
