Got a message my pizza was ready when type my code in the portal nothing was there I ask what happened they told me they made a mistake there was a big hole In the middle of the pizza and I have to wait 15 minutes to make it again no apology from the shift manager

It's lowkey a hit or miss it's good when the employees aren't high but when they are you probably will get a ranch or sauce you didn't ask for and maybe a half ass pizza. but in the other hand the costumer service is really great.

Manager disrespectful, wouldn't give me my receipt after crumbling it up and throwing it away, during an promo period. And complaining that I was going after the free code, what free code i spent money for the code.

Little Ceasers is honestly changing for the better. We really enjoyed the new crust and quality of the pizzas. Customer service was great ! ! Tracy gave us the best customer service 👏 she deserves a raise. Keep it up Little Ceaser. We will be returning soon.

The space itself is on the smaller side, so it can feel cramped at times or involve a bit of a wait, but it's nothing major. Occasionally, the Pizza Portals might not work perfectly, but the employees are always helpful and quick to assist.
