Lack of training and knowledge . The round debit transactions and when you tell them debit doesn't round only cash does because there is no penny they argue with you that it does. And when asked for a manager the girl said she was the manager. A manager should know you dont round credit and debit transactions

We have ordered from this location for years without a problem. The food was consistently good and the service and staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, that changed yesterday. I placed my online order at 1:24 pm with a 5:45 pickup. When I arrived, the woman at the counter said it would be ready shortly and took my payment. I received a notification that my pizza was ready at 5:50, but it was not ready and there was no explanation or ETA. It was finally ready at 6:03. Again, no apology for being late. When we arrived at home, one pizza was burned and the other one was not fully cooked. We had to put it in the oven to finish cooking it. I do not know what is happening at this location, but it seems to be trending in the wrong direction. I don't think we will be ordering from this location a

I love going to this particular Little Caesars. The customer service is fantastic the old lady is so friendly. this location is the best hands down, fast, clean professional. Every week i pass by to get a pizza. Great work keep up the good work!

Ordered the Marvel 4 in 1 pizza. When I got home, and opened the box, I was shocked. The young man working either needs to slow down when cutting, needs glasses, or be better trained in cutting pizza. Slices were uneven in size, and not separated into the different types (instead of 2 clear slices of each kind, had pepperoni and just cheese in one slice). Only 2 slices were probably separate, the jalepeno ones.

Needed a quick dinner, so decided on Little Caesars LaSalle as we were right there. Kid seemed miserable to work there, no personality. Got home, open up the box, and the pizza seems too small for the box, both pizza's weren't cut through, and the crazy bread was dry with almost zero oil or parm on it. Even checked the bag to see if any fell off. Nothing. Crazy bread also had a chemically taste to it. I know it is just Little Caesars, but have a little pride in your business.
