Lincoln Plaza

I have lived here for 9 years I'm looking to move out they are rude invasive of your privacy I have had stuff stolen by some one who had a master key. While putting a letter the manager opens my door and put it in the the door jam not lide it under the door as I asked. There are many ppl who live here with sever mental health issues and several incidents have occurred including a resident on my floor taking the fire extinguisher that was placed by the elevator and throwing it at another resident it broke set off the fire alarm and causing and evacuation of the entire building. There is much more to be said but you get the idea on how this apt building is run and how ineffective management is

I live hear at Lincoln Plaza.It is affordable H. U.D. Housing. The employees are very professional and helpful,kind. The manager Donna is the best,she is right there to help any and all tenants if they have apartment trouble such as or water leak, a stove problem,etc. It's thirty per cent of a person's income. The manager does her job very,very efficiently and effectively.

Not good place to retire. Good for working people. Or need a place to sleep at night. One community room with only a soda machine and t.v. no activities for seniors.

My brother lives in this housing community. The people are nice

The one lady there is so judgemental and mean :-(
