Limestone Inn Bed & Breakfast

How terrible am I that I almost didn't want to leave a review out of fear that I would never be able to stay here again once I tell everyone what a wonderful stay we had here!!! But that wouldn't be fair to the owners who went out of their way to make our stay as nice as possible. My husband and I stayed here during PSU Family Weekend and it didn't disappoint. The home and bedrooms were warm, clean, and inviting. The house, which you have full access to, was also the same. The breakfast was cooked for you right there on the spot too each morning. It's about 10 minutes away from the UP campus and I will definitely be looking to come back during my next visit with my daughter.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Limestone Inn in State College, PA and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment. The decor inside was also stunning and tastefully done, adding to the overall ambiance of the Inn. The rooms were immaculately clean and well stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The homemade food was absolutely delicious and a real treat. But what really set the Limestone Inn apart was the wonderful hosts. They were incredibly accommodating and made me feel right at home. We’ve stayed at the Limestone Inn B&B two times, and each time was outstanding. Rick and Denise are wonderful hosts! They are so pleasant to visit with and offer excellent guidance on sights in the area. The room was spacious, comfortable, and cozy. Breakfast was excellent. We went to the Sight and Sound Theatre, so the location was ideal. We definitely recommend the Limestone Inn B&B for a wonderful stay in Strasburg.

The Limestone Inn was the perfect place to stay over Penn State Commencement weekend. The bed and breakfast itself was charming and the back sunroom was an ideal place to sit, read, and enjoy the view. Carrie and Dave were wonderful hosts, making sure we had everything we needed for our visit. The breakfast spread was nice and the beds were very comfortable. I will be recommending this place to others and hope to be back someday!

We stayed there two nights and it was very nice, quiet and secluded but only 5 or 6 miles from State College. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The coffee was strong if you like strong coffee, I prefer a breakfast blend. The room was clean and very nice, the bed was comfortable. The owners are a delightful, very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely look into staying here again when we are traveling to State College.
