Lil G's Cajun Restaurant

DELICIOUS! Highly recommend this spot. Those shoe string onion rings were addicting and huge helping! The lemon pepper butter pasta was just amazing. I added chicken and it was just juicy and hit the spot.

I stopped by to pick up a quick lunch and they had lunch specials. The food reminded me a cafeteria food with adult size servings. It was lacking flavor, which was surprising as the beans looked seasoned. I doubt I’d return.

Had an early dinner with my wife. Lil G’s is a nice Cajun restaurant in Belle Chase, LA. I Had the SHRIMP AND CRAWFISH with penne pasta. My wife had the ribeye. Both were cooked to perfection. The seafood and sauce were excellent and the steak was cooked to perfection. Service was timely and very polite. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Service is excellent food is amazing what more could you ask for. Bring an appetite. The portions are big. Had the hamburger steak and sweet tea. Your tea glass never gets empty. The waitress is too fast for the tea glass.

The food was really good. Beautiful restaurant off the beaten path and hustle of downtown. The shrimp and grits were full of flavor. The grilled shrimp were cooked perfectly and good size too. The black beans and rice was a great combo with the grits. Even got the beignet bread pudding with dipping sauce was really good. Had a nice moist inner with a crispy coating. Definitely stopping back in next trip. Tonight was 12oz Ribeye for $24. Smelled so good but was craving shrimp and grits.
