Avocado toast with cherry tomatoes and balsamic glaze was delicious. Very nice cafe style atmosphere and was very quick at making my order.
We had a great experience at Life Bowls in New Haven. The ingredients were super fresh, and the flavors were spot on. I ordered the Southwest Buddha Bowl and loved the mix of quinoa, greens, avocado, and that zesty chipotle-lime dressing—it was both healthy and satisfying. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was quick. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a clean, feel-good meal in the city. Will definitely be back!

I love this place. I've been twice so far and plan to go any time I'm in New Haven. So far I've tried the pesto toast and the chickpea toast and recommend both. The Pitaya smoothie is also amazing. 10/10. I wish they were closer to me so I could go more often!!
Delicious food & smoothies and such friendly staff! The vegan soup of the day (corn chowder) and purple rain smoothie were great.
