Liberty Tavern - Polaris

Loved everything about this spot! First, they have a 3 dip appetizer that comes with vegees and chips!!! This is perfect for hubs and i to share! I had the Tavern salad and loved the ranch dressing and the egg was perfect, a little gummy which is how I like it! Hubs had the OUR Cheesesteak and it was very good and huge! The setting was great and service was good from the moment we walked in. We are glad we finally made it in and will definitely go back.

Went to Liberty Tavern Polaris twice in one day because I was so impressed with lunch. For lunch I had a nicely grilled steak with fries. For dinner I had that the grilled chicken sandwich, the wings during happy hour and the Guinness chocolate cake. The sandwich was excellent, the wings were good at the happy hour prize but the Guinness chocolate cake disappointed a bit because it was too dry and because they put the spoon right on the chocolate sauce, making it quite messy (see picture). The hostess recommended to other desserts above the Guinness chocolate cake so I will have to try the others next time. Even still #recommended #bechego

Looks can be decieving. The food is just ok. Presentation is good but very bland. Had to ask for salt and pepper. The aesthetics are kind of eclectic and fresh. Our server was not extremely attentive. Overall just a very middle of the road dining experience.

Great deco, nice menu with interesting options to choose from. The short ribs are amazing.I would recommend them always. The wings are small but good and tender. Drinks surprisingly aren't very strong or large poured for the costs. Everyone was friendly, and our waitress was average for service but possibility due to the high volume of patrons. I look forward to a revisit but will switch from the cocktails to either beer or iced tea.

The restaurant and the atmosphere are really nice. It’s decorated upscale with a cool bar, lighting and a great outdoor patio area. However, our dining experience was subpar. Thank goodness we got an appetizer because it took an hour for our meals to arrive. The highlight of our dinner was the guacamole in a chip & vegetable appetizer. The quesadillas were ok, but the other plates were not good at all. The “blackened” chicken was a tiny 1/4 breast-sized puck that was flattened and then grilled to a crisp. No flavor at all. Maybe they ran out of meat and were trying to stretch it for the service. The only thing worse was the mashed potatoes, which was a dollop of instant potatoes with no salt, pepper, butter or anything ~ just awful. The broccolini was stringy and inedible. Maybe
