Liberty at Dryville

Great atmosphere in a historic building. Beautifully remodeled. Very nice staff, great high-quality food items including brisket dishes and beast burgers. Nice selection of draft beers and specialty cocktails.

My wife and I come into Liberty at least once a week for lunch. Jen always takes such good care of us. Very personable and accommodating. If you’re looking for a delicious drink, she’s your girl. Her cosmos and jalapeño margaritas are out of this world. She adds her own unique twist to all of her drinks. The food is always delicious. One of our go to apps is the steak skewers. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

We're local but haven't been here since it was the old hotel. The renovation inside is really well done. Exposed stone walls and hardwood floors. Music was good and they have a decent sound system. They have a small dining area in the back if you want it quieter. Everything you see in the pics was great except the fries which were underdone and nothing special. 75 bucks for all this plus a few more drinks. Prices were spot on. We'd come back.

I don’t usually review a restaurant based on just one visit, but there were so many things spot-on at Liberty that I want to share my favorable impressions right away. My wife and I had been to our favorite farm stand, Lennilia Farm, and pushed on to Liberty for lunch. The building itself has been lovingly restored and adapted with a balance of modern functionality and historic integrity. It’s a restoration as good as I have ever seen in a privately owned restaurant in an historic building. They retained much original stone, mortar, woodwork, patina and wear. The replacement materials match the original in composition, color, and texture so well I could only identify it by considering where spaces had to have been enlarged or adapted. They didn’t make it hokey with a bunch of antique wall

About a 25m drive from home. A very relaxing and enjoyable experience for a lunch date. Very nice décor paying homage to the history of the building exposing original stone walls and beams while making nice modern updates for comfort and convenience. Staff was extremely polite, competent, and kind. Food was great. Drinks were great. Plenty of people coming and going and enjoying the experience. We will definitely add this to our list of preferred lunch date destinations. Recommended.
