Esterly's Sandwich Shop

I've heard about how good Esterley's is since moving up to the area. I finally had lunch with my new friends here. I was surprised how many of us had never eaten here. We drive by often but never have time to stop. The cheesesteaks which they are known for are stuffed full of meat and cheese. And yes it is really good. I took my own salad and ranch just in case they only serve iceberg lettuce which is what they have. I requested the meat separate from the roll because I love a good cheesesteak salad. They delivered a soup bowl FULL of meat and cheese. It was delicious. I ordered a large. They bagged the roll separately which I appreciated. It was good to. Thank you!!! This is a take out place only very small indoor waiting area orders usually take less then 10 minutes the prices are low because they don't have a large overhead. This is a hidden gem that you may drive by everyday. A must stop and try

The food is really good. Steaks are filled. I've been there twice, got the regular cheese steak, and the mushroom one. Both were really good. Service is good but really to the point. Make sure you know what you want before you go up to the counter. Parking is on the main road, so just watch out lol.

This was a great find! Just a tiny hole-in-the-wall place. The cheese steak didn't take long and hit all the notes a Philly should: tasty tender steak, soft and crunchy roll. Perfect amount of cheese. There's plenty to read on the walls about how Esterly's steaks have travelled the world. Take time to read about their trip up Mt Kilimanjaro!
