My gf is Tibetan and she loves these beef steamed momos! Yellow laphing and cucumber salad are a must. Best Tibetan food in the city and very affordable with great homey service!

Was passing by Little Manila with an out of town friend and saw this place across the street. I’d always wanted to try momos and liangfen so we decided to go in and I was super happy! We ordered the dry beef liangfen, chicken fried momos, and beef chili momos. The liangfen was super slippery but also very interesting texturally and delicious. Since the noodles don’t really have flavor on their own, the runny sauce coats them with just enough flavor and complexity. The dried beef pieces were jerky adjacent but not stringy or hard to chew. They held their own even after sitting in the broth for a bit and offered a welcome contrast to the gelatinous noodles. They offered us both chopsticks and forks, I managed with just chopsticks and my friend used both. The dish was spicy but not too much
