Cool Beans! Coffee House

I love this little coffee shop in Sunnyside. The decorations are delightfully quirky, and the staff is extremely nice. The host knows the guests well. It has a real community feel, which seems rare these days in New York.

First time here. Having passed by many times decided to drop in before bringing along my family. It's a great atmosphere. Had a Woodside Chicken sandwich and the Apricot Ceylon (taking some pastries home). The sandwich got that homemade feel and tasted great. Also loved the tea. The aroma is very pleasantly sweet, it's not too strong. Sips of it is like getting hugs. It's been drizzling and pretty chilly today, so this meal really complicated the weather...or is it that the weather that compliments the meal? I'm usually pretty anxious trying new place and meeting new people, I felt quite welcomed here. Very glad I decided to drop in. Will come again 💗

This is one of the cutest and cleanest coffee shops I've ever been. Plus, I'm so fortunate to have it right around the block from my apartment. Lucky to have it around! The owner is so nice and friendly, the coffee is great and the atmosphere is so cozy. Come and check it out if you can!

I love this place. It’s my morning oasis after dropping the kids at school and starting my work day. Penny, the owner, is friendly and makes an awesome egg sandwich and cafe au lait. She also has great taste in music. I’m always feeling more relaxed and cheerful when I leave.

Just stumbled upon this shop while doing some Christmas shopping. First of all, the decor is beautiful. I fell in love with the back corner area. The wallpaper is stunning. The owner of the shop was so sweet and welcoming. Offered a genuine greeting to each customer. I ordered a hot coffee with oat milk and BEC. The sandwiches were freshly made and tasted sooo good! The coffee was 10/10. I will definitely be back!
