The ladies that are answering the phone at this time are extremely rude. They talk over you when your trying to explain your situation. I am caring for 6 kids and trying to get their shots up to date and wic set up. I already have 6 kids to argue with it would be nice if they could be more professional and helpful.

If the Health Department in Lewis County doesn’t have the vaccine where is it are we to get the virus and die waiting?
Had to wait an hour even when we had an appointment and there was nobody ahead of us.
