If you haven’t tried this amazing Taco truck, drop everything you’re doing and go now!!!! Best spot in town hands down, everything on the menu is fresh and delicious, just close your eyes and point at the menu and whatever you land on you can’t go wrong. Refreshing Aqua Frescas in stylish cups, rimmed with sweet and tangy chili, I just went today and I can’t wait to go back and try something new!

The staff is super friendly and the food comes out pretty quickly. We ordered loaded nachos. They were okay. In a word, soggy. But still tasted good. ~$17 not including tip. The unfortunate truth is there are 2 other taco places within a one mile radius that have better quality loaded nachos for $13. Support local businesses, including this one. Just don’t order the loaded nachos.

Let's Taco Bout Us is a food truck owned by a friendly and accommodating woman who serves up some of the most delicious and authentic Mexican food I've ever had. I recently tried her birria ramen soup, which was absolutely amazing. The broth was rich and flavorful, the birria meat was tender and juicy, and the cheese, limes, and cabbage added a perfect balance of flavors and textures. My friend also ordered the vampiro and a birria taco, and he was equally impressed. The vampiro is a quesadilla with cheese, birria meat, and onions, and it was fried to perfection. The birria taco was simple but delicious, with perfectly cooked meat and a flavorful sauce. In addition to the amazing food, the atmosphere at Let's Taco Bout Us is also great. This is a taco truck and they have some great food. It’s definitely worth stopping if you see them out. I got some Carne Asada tacos with they’re chipotle cream and it was delicious!!!

Ate their loaded fries at First Fridays downtown tonight and I couldn't believe I spent $15 on semi cold fries with literally a couple of pieces of carne asada. It was pretty much loaded with fries and no meat!
