Let them have cake

I stopped by Let Them Have Cake in Coral Gables yesterday to get a last-minute cake for my friend’s birthday, and they absolutely delivered! They decorated a beautiful chocolate cake for me on the spot; it looked amazing and tasted even better. Everyone at the party loved it. I really appreciated their willingness to help on such short notice, along with their great customer service and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next celebration!

First of all let me start by saying “OMG! The talent!” Besides the excellent customer service, ALWAYS going above and beyond making sure the customer is happy and the delicious flavor! Never overwhelming, keeping the perfect balance. Estefanía made a bass cake, mind you, this cake was copied from my personal and modified bass guitar. She went into details making my exact unique bass. I can’t be more surprised and pleased. It was sooo delicious and it actually hurt a bit cutting into it lol. After that I’ve been a regular. That perfect morning coffee, always on point. Attentive and polite staff makes you feel at home. A lovely place to have small gatherings! This past Sunday we had my daughter’s Baby Shower and everything was perfect! The Staff was attentive and courteous at every moment and all items in the menu were delicious, especially the cupcakes! We were allowed to take flowers and other items for decoration. Highly recommend them for small events!

Our wedding cake was as beautiful as it was delicious! Estefania’s sugar flowers were so detailed and lifelike that guests kept asking if they were real. The flavor was absolutely perfect for our Florida Keys tropical vibes — a refreshing lemon–key lime cake with cream cheese frosting and lemon curd. Every bite was heavenly! We couldn’t have asked for a more stunning (or tastier) centerpiece for our reception. Highly recommend!

It's is seriously so difficult to find good macarons, this place HAS THEM! None of that stale flaky she, hard inside nonsense. These macarons are delicious. They also have a beautifully moist red velvet cake. Best cream cheese frosting in the Miami area.
