Horrible experience. Staff is extremely unprofessional and unprepared. I went in with what i needed and they didn’t even care to prioritize it. Manager Luz Salinas was “helping” me but “multitasking” the entire time with her staff that kept interrupting our “session”. I had called to also confirm that they wrote up the document and upon arrival they wanted us to figure it out on the spot, because she didn’t know how to word everything, so she wanted us to write her an outline so they could modify it but even then she looked like she had no idea what to do, so we decided to take our business elsewhere. Response to the owner: You can multitask and still be respectful to the clients in front of you trying to work with them and not trying to blame them for supposed misinformation given over t

I had some documents to fill out and they were so patient and respectful, especially since I had no idea how to go about it. I will definitely be coming back, Great Customer Service.

First off off I want to say thank you to Luz because she was so nice and helping when it came to filling our taxes! Every one is friendly! I really recommend this location!
