This long-standing Waukegan favorite serves up some of the best subs in the Chicago area. Always clean with ultra-friendly service, I'll take a Leno's sub over any popular franchise sub any day of the week. Although best known as a carry-out, this family-owned cozy little venue has some tables & seating as well as outdoor seating making it an even more enjoyable experience during the warmer months. Always tried my best to support local-owned businesses and Leno's has long been one of them. If you love subs then this is the place to be, folks! This restaurant's sammiches are the bomb! Plenty of choices of sandwiches and drinks! Tiny place and gets busy real fast! The Texas Roast Beef I got was massive and ate it for lunch and dinner. Love the sweet and tangy banana peppers and the sauce on the side so the sandwich wont get soggy. The meat was very tasty and very generous. Staffs were very friendly and service was fairly fast.

Nothing can make me hate Lenos! Tried the cream of potato soup this last time, but I love the cream of Lobster better! Any sandwich will do. I like them all!

Amazing service and great food for example the chili, soup and potato salad are so delicious. The 3 Foot Subs Rocks especially with the sauce plus you get a 1 liter soda. Indoor and outdoor dining available.
