Lemongrass Hot Pot

Lemongrass Hot Pot is tucked into what appears to be an office park in Boca Raton. The dinner crowd was light during our visit, though it was a Monday night. We were greeted with warm smiles, and the staff was welcoming throughout. I especially appreciated being able to help ourselves to a buffet of proteins, which felt like a refreshing change from the usual ordering process. Vegetables and additional items rotated around the dining area on a moving belt, making it easy and fun to try different selections. If you’re someone who enjoys interactive dining and customizable meals, this is a solid option. I would definitely return when a hot pot soup craving hits.

Such a fun and delicious place to eat! Great for a large group too, so many choices of meats, veggies and condiments. If you haven’t been, it should definitely be on your list!!

This is honestly my favorite hot pot spot. The Coconut Tom Tom Broth is amazing, and they have a great selection of meats and seafood. The service has been consistently excellent every time I’ve come. I’d be here more often, but the pricing makes it more of a special-occasion visit for me. The dessert options aren’t great, but I usually don’t want dessert after hot pot anyway. Overall, it’s absolutely worth it if you’re looking to try hot pot.

This place is so cool! The service is so warmly, if you tell the waiter that it’s your first time, they will let you know what’s best and they can prepare you a good sauce for your meat! Signature broth is so basic but so good, you cannot go wrong with it. I tried the coconut tom yum broth and it was soo great! Dumplings in your soup, different types of ramen and a lot of selection of meat!!!!

I visited here about a year ago, and it was a great experience. The waitresses were very nice and friendly, which made the visit enjoyable. I really loved the conveyor belt hot pot, and the food overall was excellent. The soup was delicious and full of flavor. The atmosphere looked amazing and felt fancy, especially with the marble tables, which gave the restaurant a clean and upscale feel. Overall, it was a very good hot pot experience, and I’d definitely recommend it.
