Legrand caffe restaurant

Beautiful marina view of Lake Washington, friendly waitstaff. It’s understandable that food is on the expensive side due to prime location, but the quality of food frankly left much to be desired. For a casual dinner we ordered a duck confit, a clam, some wine, and a house salad to share. as there is no free bread which is commonly served in this type of restaurants, we ordered a bread service as well. Turned out the bread is cold and chewy, worse than we could have gotten from any self-respecting grocery store; the salad and the clam has no flavor other than salt; The duck is salty and dry, the red cabbage in the duck dish is almost inedible and might as well have been dunked in heavy salt and sugar for days.
