We have tried every sourdough bread in town. Every. Single. One. Hands down Leah's bread is the best taste, bake, quality than any other bread. It's fully proofed, not under baked, and has a wonderful sourdough taste. Most sourdough breads in town are a little flat, or under/over baked. Very impressed. We have only tried her original sourdough so I can't speak for other flavors, but she has the original perfected.
This is the best bread in Las Cruces by far! We just had her apricot and manchego sourdough, it was amazing. Worth waiting until Saturday to find Leah at the market.
