Le Coupe

I originally came here for the sandwich, but the **corn ribs completely stole the show**. I’m not sure what sauce they used on the corn ribs, but it had a hint of lime and was incredibly flavorful without being greasy or heavy. The sandwich itself was **huge** and super satisfying. The only small thing for me was that the chicken was a a little too crispy, so I personally wish it was slightly less crunchy. One downside is that there wasn’t a place to wash your hands or a restroom, which would have been nice considering how saucy the food can get. Everything felt really unique and well done. Overall, it was a surprisingly amazing experience that definitely impressed me!

Food was amazing. The corn ribs were delicious and unique. The chicken its self was outstanding. The blue corn bread with butter was so soft and tasty. The service was 10/10. Ben was helping us out and he was awesome, gave some great recommendations and all around cool person. Very nice spot. Can’t wait to go back.

Heard a ton of good things about this place. I haven't made it yet but everyone says how lovely the owners and the atmosphere is so I believe it. I did delivery and was very impressed with how well it traveled. Everything was piping hot and crispy still. So hers my review of everything I ordered. Tenders: I for sure can see the hype with why people love these. The mild heat with the sweetness and the big surprise of it being dark meat. Unfortunately it just didn't hit with me. It was plenty crispy and cooked fine, but I prefer my chicken a bit more marinated and juicy is all. Mac and Cheese: this was quite dense indeed. Crispy breadcrumb top and filled to the brim. My wife found this place on line so when we left Louisiana to visit our son and daughter in law in LA, we had to try it out! I knew with Chef Craig being from Louisiana, the food would not be bland! We were not disappointed! OMG!!! Everything that went in my mouth was awesome! The Chicken Sandwich, the Watermelon Salad, the Southern Sweet Tea, but the Corn Ribs were dipped in some sort of nectar of the God’s!!! You owe it to yourself and your taste buds to give Le Coupé a visit. Kristen and Craig certainly made The Cut here!

Hands down the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had and will likely ever have. Worth the drive out, excellent service. Order the sandwich with Le Coup (chic fil a sauce) sauce and drizzle that on every bite.
