Le Cafe Central

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Le Cafe Central. It is such a beautiful cafe and is only 1.5 miles from the Paris Hotel so if you’re in the mood for a genuinely French experience when visiting Las Vegas I highly recommend visiting this cafe. Years ago we visited Paris and we enjoyed French cuisine and when I took one bite of my turkey sandwich at Le Central I was in heaven as the French bread was the real deal. I had the pleasure of having their French Onion Soup and it was so delicious! The pastries were also tasty. The cafe is elegantly decorated yet it feels very comfortable. Just got in Vegas, wanted something quick and easy. My colleague told about this place and it was nifty spot close to the Wynn hotel were I'm staying. First impression, easy to navigate, convenient and comfortable. Definitely RECOMMENDED, with 2 thumbs up..

Part of the local food scene since Le Café du Lac opened at Lake Las Vegas Le Café Central opened early Spring of 2025, owners Carmen Barbur and Chef David Gazzano expanding to their third local location focused on French Food and Pastries. Open from 8:00am until 3:00pm, the menu ranging from Galettes and Crepes to Salads and Sandwiches, the location on Spring Mountain features a large footprint with plenty of seating with wood tables and deep blue walls. Close enough to Las Vegas Boulevard for tourists, but largely serving locals despite prices higher than the likes of Rosallie or Cafe Breizh, best bites come from Tarts in two forms, the Apple Version flatter and cooked to caramelization while the latter places lightly sweet Custard in a thin shell beneath Berries. Aesthetics are 10/10. Love the ambiance of the place. The actual taste of the food id say 3.5/5. My husband got the croque madam and I got the omelette croissant. Both were quite under seasoned and the madam imo was a little too heavy on the béchamel. I think this place has potential. Would be down to try more sweet things next time.

This place is so incredible! You’ve got to try it! I came in to get something that I had seen off of TikTok and they had unfortunately ran out. But I had the short rib sandwich and then after the fact, I wanted a dessert which they also ran out of, but they were very hospitable and made me comfortable and made sure that I was satisfied! I had the golden chai latte as well in my own cup, which I appreciated because I like to use my own cup. If you’re looking for a great french place with wonderful atmosphere and very conscientious staff, look no further!
