This was the first time my fiancee and I ate here but had heard great feedback so we gave it a try. It definitely did not disappoint. The service went above expectations (we were deciding between the grape leaves (which were the best I have ever had (was told there is a woman who makes it from scratch and hand rolls them) and the babaganoush). Our sever Carlos was so gracious that even though we ordered the grape leaves he wanted us to try the babaganoush and brought a serving on the house). We both ordered the mixed meat grill. The presentation was really over the top (they came out in these wooden boxes with a small grill and burning wood underneath (similar to Japanese yakitori). We finally had a chance to try Layali Dubai after months of reading reviews. Since it was a spur of the moment visit, we just stopped in for a late lunch and it wasn’t busy at all. But my guess would be that people are coming in on a Friday night for music, buffet and ambience, which I can tell is probably a good idea! We ordered the family meal for two so we could try a little of the different meats. It came out on a grill with charcoal that added a nice extra flavor. Plus they started you with a soup, the meal came with rice, beans and a good size salad. It was all flavorful and really tender meat. The service was good and we would totally go and try something new next visit.

What an amazing dining experience! From the moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by bright, welcoming people who are eager to offer great recommendations. The posh design and atmosphere make you feel like you’ve stepped into another world. The food absolutely lived up to the ambiance. The beef kabobs were incredible—perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and served in just the right portion. The hummus was smooth and delicious, pairing wonderfully with the meal, and the chicken plate was equally satisfying. My favorite, though, was the welcome soup. The flavors burst in your mouth with the very first bite, setting the tone for the entire experience. Overall, it was a memorable meal with exceptional food, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding service. I can’t wait to go back!

For being newly opened, unlike most places that need time to settled in, everything here was well organized the food was awesome. The atmosphere was lively but not over the top. The band was a nice touch and we thoroughly enjoyed the ambience. Our server Kerlos was very nice and helpful with getting us situated and checking on us to ensure we had everything we needed. We ordered a platter for 5 and we’re not disappointed at the portions are the flavor! A must go place to eat and catch up.

Every dish was beautifully presented and full of authentic flavor — you can really taste the quality and care in the cooking. A special shout-out to George, who made our visit truly memorable. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot on, and thanks to him, we got to try some of the restaurant’s best dishes.
