Wasn’t sure what to expect at first but this agency really surprised me in the best way. The vibe is professional but still super welcoming, and they don’t sugarcoat stuff, which I actually appreciated. It’s not all glitz and glam—like, you still gotta put in the work—but if you’re serious about getting started, this is a solid place to do it. Took a few classes that actually helped a lot with confidence and just learning how to carry myself better overall. Also got to audition for something legit, which gave me a boost of motivation. Def not a magic ticket to fame or whatever, but if you stay grounded and focused, they’ll help guide you right.

Great team. Of course it's Anchorage and not too much work here. But we just did an audition for a school that is able to give credentials for you to further your career. Great place to start your modeling career. As long as you keep realistic expectations you Wayne happy with working with this agency.

I have been going to Laura's Model and Talent Agency for years. Her classes are very helpful especially as a young lady learning proper manners and self care. Recently, Laura helped me sign a big modeling contract in New York City. Now, she is helping me get my modeling career started in Los Angeles as well. I also participated in the Talent INC program. Which my parents and I were very skeptical about it at first due to all the scams in the modeling/acting industry. But it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life. I met the most amazing people, learned so much, got some experience under my belt and I actually won overall fashion model for the whole event. Professional but friendly atmosphere. Teachers are supportive, kind, and encouraging while showing girls how to stand, sit, apply modestly flattering makeup, use silverware properly, and so many other skills necessary for navigating a particular and critical professional world.
