Had the fish special, it was very good. I asked if it was fresh or imported and was told fresh. Fried to perfection. Would go back for the fish alone. Wife had the burger and she said it was a little on the greasy side but overall decent food. Was warm inside, atmosphere lacking. Service was very good. Fish special Cheeseburger with fries

I've got to tell you — I'm still not entirely sure where I was or if I even liked it. When I pulled up, I was immediately confused. This place feels like four different restaurants all mashed into one. I try not to judge a book by its cover, but this spot really makes it difficult — it’s hard to tell exactly what kind of place it’s trying to be. That said, the two folks running the place were incredibly friendly. They reminded me of someone’s Nana and Papa. I ordered eggs and bacon, and they weren’t bad. They could’ve used a little more salt and pepper, but overall, they were fine. I’m not sure I’ll be back, but I did leave with a full belly — and I’m definitely caught up on Fox News.

I love the atmosphere here!!! My bestie and I were taking a road trip and stopped for some breakfast. The staff is AMAZING and the food is AWESOME. We are planning to come back soon. This is now my new favorite spot for home cooked food.

Family dinner outing once a week. We’re always eating at home or bring our food home to eat. We’re dining in more to support our local restaurant businesses here in Minden La. The Fish Plate was right on👍👍👍👍 My wife had the Boudin Nacho and our son had the Burger Plate everything was great !!!!
