Last Chair Kitchen & Bar

Had a fabulous experience at Last Chair Kitchen. The service was fantastic, my burger was to die for and we had a cure window seat to watch the world go by. Prices were very fair. If im in Whitefish again, will be my 1st stop.

Great food!!! What a cute place to eat!! They had local meats on their menu!! We are from WI so this was our first time! Would definitely go back.

We had driven by this restaurant several times on our way from Whitefish up to where we were staying on Whitefish Mountain and finally decided to try it last night - so glad we did! The food was amazing and service was excellent. We had the Mezze Plate as an appetizer- everything was delicious and the flavors worked together perfectly. For entrees we had the Indian platter, the Goody Bowl with grilled chicken, the Walleye Sandwich with tater tots and the Hearty Salad with grilled chicken - we all loved what we ordered. Highly recommend The Last Chair for its excellent food and warm atmosphere!

Fantastic experience. Trout with the cauliflower whatever was outstanding. Green beans on the side were cold but I was too busy with the fish to care much. Beignets were very good (NOLA native here). Soup was solid. Service was incredible. I interacted with probably 7 different people and they were all some of the most engaged restaurant workers I’ve encountered since the pandemic. It really felt like I was family (in the good, nice way). The restaurant was full of charm.

Heard about this place from Mountain Moss Inn owner and we went last minute without reservations. We came in at 5:45 and it wasn’t too busy yet and the host was very helpful. We we’re seated inside and our server Katie recommended the trout and Indian Platter—both excellent! We started with the spinach salad and it was fresh and delicious. We finished with desserts—beignets with huckleberry sauce and the chocolate bread pudding, which we both loved! Interior has a very cool rustic vibe and service was wonderful!
